Our Process
STAGE 1- Schedule A Free Estimate
We’ll gladly visit your location to discuss your vision, explore options, take measurements, review your budget, and answer any questions—ensuring your project is tailored and custom.
STAGE 2 - Scheduling
Once an estimate has been approved by the client, we will go over scheduling/timeframe for the project. Once on the schedule for an approximate start date, we will touch based 2-3 weeks in advance to let the client know a more precise start date.
STAGE 3 - Site Prep
In this stage of the process, we will come in and do any Land clearing, demolition, excavating and layout needed for the project as well as set any form work needed.
(Foundations and walls will have several steps within this stage!)
STAGE 4 - Pouring & Finishing Concrete
Now we are getting to the really exciting part, where your vision for the project really starts to come to life. In this Stage we will pour, finish, strip formwork, cut and seal concrete!
STAGE 5 - All the Final Touches
Now that the client has their beautiful fresh concrete, we will address any additional services that the client wanted included in their estimate. Typically this is limited to Dirt Backfill & Grading, Grass Seed and Straw. Could also be things like a strip of Cold Patch between the road and fresh poured driveway, Gravel installation for things like parking pads or extension of a driveway to connect a building or shed etc.
